All our staff were chosen for their caring dispositions, skill set & experience that they can add to our centre. All our room leaders have a minimum FETAC level 6 qualification & our ECCE room leaders are qualified to Masters & Honours Degree level. We believe that it is important to keep up to date with advances in early Years care & education & our staff regularly take part in courses & workshops. We have developed an in-house mentoring system whereby team members with different skills can support their colleagues. Staff appraisals, meetings & supervisory observations take place on a regular basis.
Governance
All aspects of the running & organisation of the centre are set up in line with the 2006 Pre School Regulations. We have regular inspections by TUSLA & have developed a good relationship with the Pre School Inspectorate.

Health & Safety
All staff have up to date Occupational First Aid Certification, Manual Handling & Fire safety training & so are qualified to handle a number of emergency situations in an appropriate manner.
Maintenance of the centre is carried out on a regular basis & in accordance with regulations.
